This anthem was adopted in 1947 just one year before South Korea anthem just adopted. The anthem title was renamed in 2024 (formerly titled "Aegukka"). There is a patriotic song "Song of General Kim Il Sung" which is not the official anthem of North Korea. But the anthem, does the reference to the ruling family and founder of North Korea.
